About the White Asil
The White Asil is a clean, self-white bird, free of other colour, and was one of the four varieties admitted to the APA standard in 1981. White is comparatively scarce within the breed compared with the red-based colours. The solid plumage draws the eye to the Asil's defining features - its broad skull, pearl eye, short hard feather and proud, muscular stance.
