About the Cuckoo Belgian Bearded d'Anvers
Cuckoo birds are barred rather than solid: a grey-black ground crossed by irregular light-grey bands that meet in soft inverted-V patterns across each feather, paired with orange-red eyes and a pale, bluish beak. The barring runs right through the beard and tail of this confident little Belgian true bantam.
