About the Millefleur Belgian Bearded d'Uccle

The breed's founding and most celebrated colour: a mahogany-red ground with each feather carrying a black crescent tipped by a white V-shaped spangle, giving the speckled "thousand flowers" effect. Recognised by the APA in 1914, it is the original Barbu d'Uccle variety. Set on this bearded, heavily booted true bantam, the pattern is the breed's signature show colour.
