About the White Crèvecœur
The White Crèvecœur replaces the breed's signature black with pure white plumage across the body and full crest, while keeping the bright red V-comb and face. It is recognised only in France — not in the UK or US, where black is the sole standard — so it is a scarce colour within an already endangered breed. It retains the breed's crested head, beard and white-egg laying.
