About the Silver Partridge Dutch Bantam
Silver Partridge replaces the gold ground of the original with silver-white: the cock shows pure white hackle, saddle and wing-bay against a black breast (the silver duckwing pattern), and the hen has a steel-grey partridge ground finely stippled with black. With Gold, it is one of the two foundation colours of the breed and was standardised in Britain very early, before the Dutch Bantam Club was founded in 1982.
