About the Columbian Frizzle

Columbian Frizzles have a pearl-white body with black restricted to the neck hackle, tail and wing flights — primaries black or black edged white, secondaries with a black inner and white outer web — the classic Wyandotte-style Columbian restriction pattern. The sharp two-tone contrast is unusual among the breed's mostly self colours and is highlighted by the curled plumage. Columbian is recognised in the British and Australian standards; the bird is ornamental and lays tinted eggs.
