About the Buff Marsh Daisy
Developed from the Wheaten on the same eWh-plus-Ginger genetic base, the Buff adds Dilute and Champagne Blonde genes to soften red pigment into an even golden buff carried throughout, right down to the skin. The most uniform of the colours across both sexes, it ranks with Brown and Wheaten as one of the three main, most-available colours of this rare, slow-maturing rose-combed Lancashire layer.
