About the White Marsh Daisy
The White carries two copies of recessive white genes that mask whatever core colour lies beneath, giving pure white plumage; small colour leakage is possible, so the purest birds are selected for breeding. One of the two scarcest Marsh Daisy colours alongside the Black, it is an original PCGB-recognised variety of this rare, hardy, tinted-egg-laying rose-combed breed that retains the trademark white earlobes and green legs.
