About the Ginger Old English Game
The ginger (ginger-breasted ginger red) is a warm, soft orange-ginger toned red, lighter and more uniform than the deep black-red, with the breast carrying the same ginger shading. Recognised in the Oxford standard among its many red gradations, it is one of the lighter, mellow-toned heritage colours of this hard-feathered British game fowl.
