About the Silver Duckwing Old English Game
The silver duckwing cock pairs a white-silver hackle and saddle with a black breast and a steel-blue wing bar above a glossy green-black tail; hens are soft silver-grey with a salmon breast. Recognised in both Carlisle and Oxford standards, it is the silver counterpart of the gold duckwing and one of the most admired clean-cut colours of this hard-feathered heritage game fowl.
