About the Streaky-Breasted Light Red Old English Game
The streaky-breasted light red (also called shady-breasted light red) is a light red-bodied cock whose breast is streaked or shaded with red rather than being a clean solid colour. Recognised in the Oxford standard, it is one of the many finely-graded red colours that make the Oxford type's palette so much broader than the Carlisle's on this ancient British game fowl.
