About the Columbian Pekin Bantam

The Columbian Pekin is mainly pearl-white with black confined to the neck hackle (a dense black stripe down each feather), tail and wing markings, creating a crisp white-and-black contrast. It is one of the recognised Pekin colours and shows the pattern across the breed's soft, cushioned plumage. Columbians retain the breed's docile, broody nature.
