About the Chamois Poland
Chamois is the continental name for the buff-laced pattern: a warm golden-buff ground with creamy white lacing edging every feather, the crest white at base and tips and distinctly laced. Polish is effectively the only breed in which this buff-with-white lacing is standardised, originally bred from Gold Spangled crossed with whites. Bearded and muffed, it is among the most decorative of Polands.
