About the White Rosecomb
The White is a pure, even white throughout, free of any straw or brassy tinge, contrasting with the bright-red rose comb, face and wattles. It is distinguished from the dark varieties by its light horn beak and white shanks and toes faintly tinged with pink, and reddish-bay eyes. Like all Rosecombs it is a true exhibition bantam, valued for the neat rose comb and white earlobes rather than for laying.
