About the Duckwing Rumpless Game

Duckwing is the silver/golden game pattern: the cock shows a pale straw or silver-white hackle and saddle, a black breast and a steel-blue wing-bar, while the grey hen has a finely-pencilled silver-grey body and salmon breast. It carries on the breed's hard, gamey frame, which lacks the tailbone entirely for the characteristic rounded, tailless stance. One of the recognised colours of this rare British exhibition bantam, descended from Old English Game and laying a few tinted eggs.
