About the Silver Skyline
The Silver Skyline shows the palest expression of this Cream Legbar-derived hybrid: a soft silver-grey, lavender-toned plumage rather than the hazel, chestnut or champagne hens that also appear in the strain. Like all Skylines she typically carries the Legbar-style crest or "bouffant" behind the comb and lays a pretty blue or green egg (roughly 80% of hens lay blue/green). As an undeveloped UK hybrid with no breed standard, exact shade and feathering vary bird to bird.
