About the White Sussex
The White Sussex is pure white throughout, with none of the black points or ground colour of the patterned varieties. A PCGB-recognised colour, it is the plainest of the Sussex but keeps the breed's classic dual-purpose virtues: a steady layer of tinted eggs on a well-fleshed table frame.
