About the Blue Partridge Wyandotte
A blue-diluted form of the partridge pattern: the black pencilling of the partridge is replaced by soft slate-blue over the brown ground, giving a muted version of the intricate triple-pencilled markings. Listed among the PCGB-recognised Wyandotte colours but uncommon. Carries the breed's rounded type and large brown eggs.
