About the Silver Duckwing Yokohama
A duckwing-patterned Yokohama: cocks show a silvery-white hackle, back and shoulders with a glossy black breast and tail and a steel-blue wing-bar, while hens are silver-grey with a salmon breast. Silver duckwing is one of the extra colours admitted under the broader UK standard, which absorbed the single-combed Phoenix-type birds Germany keeps separate. The long, sweeping tail and saddle feathering remain the defining feature, the bird being kept wholly for show.
