About the Cinnamon Diamond Dove
A warm-toned mutation: a light grey bird washed with cinnamon-brown and rusty-red across the wings, replacing the cool slate of the wild type. The diamond wing spots and red eye-ring remain. Cinnamon is an established colour and the base from which the deeper Red selection is bred, and it keeps the breed's soft mournful coo and peaceable manner.
