About the Yellow Belly Call Duck
Yellow Belly is a colour exclusive to Call ducks and still relatively uncommon. The female keeps wild mallard colour over the back, wings and head with a brown eye-stripe, but carries the entire underside in a soft pinkish yellow-buff. It was admitted to the British Waterfowl Standards in 2008.
