About the Apricot Trout Indian Runner

A warm dilution of the trout pattern (German Blau-gelb): drakes carry a pigeon-blue head with an oatmeal back and claret breast, while ducks are a deep apricot-buff throughout with creamy-white eyebrow markings. One of the newer colours, standardised in the UK in 2008, combining blue and buff dilutions over the trout base. A scarcer, decorative Runner with the breed's signature upright stance.
