About the Buff Indian Runner
A soft, warm self colour throughout with no strong contrast markings: drakes show a deep apricot-buff breast and flanks with oatmeal primaries and pigeon-blue, white-tipped speculum, and orange legs; ducks are a buff lightly grained with brown. Related to the Orpington buff dilution, it gives the upright Runner an even sandy-apricot coat — a less common but standard colour for the breed's tireless white-egg layers.
