About the Silver Indian Runner
A pale, frosted colour: drakes have a black head with a white neck-ring and silver-white primaries; ducks show a fawn head over a creamy-white breast lightly streaked with brown. Derived from the German Silber-wildfarbig line and standardised in the UK in 2008, Silver is among the rarer Runner colours while keeping the breed's tall, active, hard-laying nature.
