About the Buff Muscovy
Buff is a sex-linked combination colour, pairing the chocolate and silver genes to give a pale tan or peachy plumage, sometimes almost a dirty white and occasionally showing faint blue-grey lacing. Lighter than lilac, it is one of the less common Muscovy colours. Apart from the diluted shade it is the same hardy, quiet, broody meat duck as the breed standard.
