About the White Chinese Goose
Pure white throughout, with no neck stripe, this variety contrasts a bright orange bill and rounded forehead knob against the snow-white plumage, paired with striking blue eyes and bright orange feet. It is the more popular show and ornamental form, sharing the breed's tall, slender, swan-like carriage. Chinese geese are the best-laying geese of all — 50 or more eggs a season — and double as alert 'watchdogs' and willing weeders. Admitted to the APA Standard in 1874.
