About the Buff Saddleback Pomeranian Goose
Identical in pattern to the grey saddleback but with the grey replaced by buff: a buff head, back and flanks laced in near-white over a clean white body, giving a softer, warmer version of the saddle marking. It is the second variety admitted to the APA Standard of Perfection (1977) and shares the breed's hallmark single-lobed paunch, pinkish-red bill and reddish-orange feet. Like all Pomeranians it is a hardy, watchful dual-purpose bird now on critical conservation watch.
