About the Grey Saddleback Pomeranian Goose
The classic and best-known Pomeranian colour: a dark grey head, neck-top, back and flank "saddle" sitting over an otherwise pure-white body, with each grey feather neatly laced in near-white. The white wings form a heart-shaped patch across the shoulders, and a grey band crosses the white tail base. Together with the buff form it is the only variety admitted to the APA Standard (since 1977), and it carries the breed's single-lobed paunch, pinkish-red bill and reddish-orange legs.
