About the Lavender Helmeted Guinea Fowl
A paler, softer mutation: a steel-grey to lavender body fully pearled with white spots in the same all-over pattern as Pearl Grey, the grey simply diluted to lavender. One of the few guinea colours recognised by the American Poultry Association, popular in Europe and reputed to do well in cold climates. Behaviour and hardiness match the Pearl Grey baseline.
