About the Buford Bronze Indian Peafowl
Buford Bronze is the full proper name of the Bronze mutation, developed by Buford Abbott of Marysville, Tennessee in the 1980s. It replaces the grey and blue-green with chocolate brown, shifting the purples and blues toward shades of brown and gold for a warm, metallic train. It is an autosomal recessive colour.
