About the Jade Indian Peafowl
Jade shifts the India Blue toward a deep jade-green: the cock's head and neck are a very dark blue-green and the train carries sage and olive tones over a dark body, evoking the gemstone it is named for. It is an autosomal recessive colour and one of the more unusual green-cast variants.
