About the White Indian Peafowl
A pure-white bird with blue eyes, not an albino: the white allele suppresses all pigment so the cock's train is solid white, the eyespots and barring ghosted out, while the body shape and train structure remain those of a normal Indian Peafowl. Chicks hatch yellow rather than the patterned down of coloured birds. It is one of the oldest and most widely kept peafowl variants.
