About the Cinnamon Golden Pheasant
Cinnamon is a colour mutation that warms the cock's plumage to soft reddish-brown tones rather than the wild bird's vivid scarlet, giving a muted, tawny version of the familiar crest, cape and long tail. It is one of the several Golden Pheasant mutations known only from captivity, and crosses the same easy, hardy aviary temperament of the breed.
