About the Yellow Fantail
The Yellow is the dilute counterpart of red: an even shade of rich, bright golden-buff throughout with no tendency to run light on the rump, the neck carrying an iridescent sheen. The standard specifies pearl or orange eyes with flesh-coloured ceres, beak and toenails. Its soft, warm tone is a long-established Fantail self displayed on the breed's peacock-like fan.
