About the White French Mondaine
The self-white French Mondain is a pure, unmarked white throughout, one of the recognised self colours (alongside black, red and yellow) and the form most prized in squab production, where pale skin and clean-plucking white feathering are valued for the table. Underneath the colour it is the same heavy, calm, ground-loving French utility pigeon bred for fast-growing squab.
