About the Blue-capped Helmet Pigeon

Wears a blue cap over the crown with a matching blue tail against a white body; blue is one of the foundation colour classes recognised by the American Helmet Association. The cool slate pigment gives a crisp contrast that highlights the breed's clean helmet line and shell-shaped crest. A long-established German 'toy' fancy pigeon bred solely for exhibition.
