About the Red-capped Helmet Pigeon
Carries a warm red cap over the crown with a matching red tail on a white body, the head and tail kept as close to the same shade as possible. Red (ash red / recessive red) is a standard Helmet colour class, prized when the cap is solid and evenly bordered against the white. As with all Helmets, an old German exhibition 'toy' breed shown for its neat shell crest and clean helmet line.
