About the White King Pigeon
The White King is the most familiar and commercially dominant variety, prized in the squab trade because its all-white plumage leaves a clean, unblemished carcass with no dark pin-feather staining. The standard calls for colour wholly white and free from off-coloured feathers, paired with a pinkish-white beak and dark bull eyes. In every other respect it carries the breed's big, blocky, calm utility type.
