About the Gazzi Modena
Gazzi are the pied Modenas: a coloured head, throat, wings (shield) and tail set against an otherwise white body. The head colour starts at the occiput and forms a rounded bib at the throat, with a clean line of demarcation between the coloured tail and the white back. This crisp, symmetrical marking on the small, chunky exhibition Modena is one of the breed's two defining pattern classes alongside the self schietti.
