About the Yellow Show Tumbler

Yellow is the dilute of red — a soft, even buttery cream-gold shown as a self (whole-feather) bird, coloured as solid and rich as the dilution allows. It is one of the breed's recognised self colours and, like red and black, was historically considered secondary to the Almond. The gentle pastel ground sets off the breed's exquisitely short face, bold round head and large pearl eyes.
