About the Rosetta Japanese Quail
Rosetta is the heterozygous Extended Brown colour — a reddish-brown bird with pale yellow shafts running up each feather and often a white bib, also known as British Range. It is the single-dose version of the gene that gives dark Tibetan when doubled, so the two appear together in a clutch. A vigorous, free-laying Coturnix.
