4 out of 6 eggs arrived cracked! Incubated the other 2 and both failed, suspect bad batch or also damaged when posted. Complete waste of money time and effort!

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your experience. We take great care when preparing and packing our eggs for dispatch, although unfortunately, we cannot control how parcels are handled once they are with the postal service. As discussed privately, you have already been refunded for the four eggs that arrived cracked. We would also like to clarify that our hatching eggs are collected daily, and orders are fulfilled with freshly collected eggs once we have enough to meet the order. We do not knowingly send old or stored eggs as fresh hatching eggs. We understand how frustrating it is to invest time and effort into incubation without a successful hatch. However, a failed hatch does not necessarily indicate a bad batch, as hatch rates can be influenced by several factors during transport and incubation, which are outside our direct control once the eggs have been dispatched. We have also offered replacement hatching eggs free of charge next season as a goodwill gesture. We always aim to treat our customers fairly and have addressed the issue of the damaged eggs with a refund. We’re genuinely sorry that this experience hasn’t had the outcome you hoped for, and we appreciate all feedback.
