About the Mixed Indian Runner (Lucky Dip)

A lucky-dip hatch of Indian Runners in assorted colours rather than a single standardised one — fawn and white, trout, black, chocolate, blue and more may all appear in the same clutch. Every bird is still a true Runner: the same bolt-upright, bottle-shaped carriage, the same restless foraging and the same prolific laying of white eggs. Only the plumage is a surprise, which makes a mixed group especially striking as they move about the garden together.
